Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mobile Rage Room

To secure your smash date, deposit must be paid within 3 business days of acceptance of quote. All fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event or event will be canceled and no refund issued.  

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and can be made via email. Our refund policy is as followed: 

  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 7 business days prior to the scheduled event.

  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 7 and 3 business days prior to the scheduled event. 

  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 3 days prior to the scheduled event.

If the event is canceled by GoHAM Entertainment, the event coordinator may be extended a full refund (100%).

Inclement Weather

We will always make our best efforts to hold the event as scheduled. However, if it is not safe to operate the equipment outdoors in the event of lightning, heavy downpour, high winds, or any other unsafe conditions the following policies apply with respect to deposits, refunds, rescheduling, or cancellation.

CANCELLATION WITH NO RAIN/SNOW DATE

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation must occur by phone call to 470-519-7236 at least 24 hours prior to the event to avoid incurring further charges as specified below,

POSTPONEMENT WITH A RAIN/SNOW DATE

  • If the client’s event is postponed because of rain and the client calls us (470-519-7236) before the delivery trucks leave the warehouse, we will transfer all deposits to a scheduled rain date without any penalty.

  • If the event is postponed to a rain date the client is not guaranteed the same contracted equipment for their rain date but will receive available equipment equaling the contracted dollar amount for their rain date. The exception is if there has been a separate agreement, paying an additional fee to reserve the same equipment for a rain date.

THE CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A REFUND IF:

  • The client calls us to cancel or postpone the event after the delivery trucks have left the warehouse to deliver the equipment to the client site.

  • The client decides to bring the event indoors because of rain but does not notify us of such a decision prior to the trucks leaving the warehouse and said equipment no longer fits in the available indoor space. Client will not be entitled to a refund. 

  • If the event is in progress as denoted by the start time on the agreement and it begins to rain and no provision has been made to move the event indoors or cover/tent the event, and the event needs to end as a result of weather conditions, the client is not entitled to a refund.

Wind policy: If there are high winds at the client’s event location, we reserve the right to shut down any equipment that is not safe to operate at that time with no refund.
Unsafe Operation: If the weather is such that the operation is deemed unsafe with potential harm to staff or damage to equipment, we will shut down operations with no refund.

On-site Rage Room

Our refund and cancellation policy is smashingly simple.

There is a 20% cancellation fee for bookings over 24 hours from your scheduled start time.

If you book anything and cancel over 24 hours prior to your scheduled event you get a refund minus the 20% cancellation fee.

Example: You book for Friday at 12pm. Something comes up and you need to cancel, as long as it is anytime before 12pm on Thursday, you get a refund minus 20% or a gift card option for the full refund amount to use in the future.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event time, you will get a gift card for future services as we do not give money-back refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of booking time.

You can reschedule for free, but you cannot extend your cancellation in an attempt to get a refund.

We offer a 10-minute grace period. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled and no refund will be issued.
